Dear Sirs,

Based on all evidences of the audit made by Patriot at Ozark Mountain Technologies on 7 September 2006 and also based on the historical of good performance, 0zark Mountain

Technologies is re-qualified as Embraer’s sub-tier.

0zark was audited by Patriot accoding to AS9100 Requirements, RESQ. Rev. G and Embraer's specifications: NE 07-001 Penetrant Inspection, NE 40-006 Chemical Conversion, NE 40-012 Metallic Cleaning, NE 40-030 Anodic Coatings, NE 40-081 Stainless Steels Passivation, NE 40-143 Fluid Resistant Epoxy Primer (MEP 10-159) for internal Metallic and Composite parts application requirements, 40-144 Polyurethane Enamel MEP (10-061) application Requirements, NE 40-160 High Solids Polyurethane and Metallic (MICA) Enamel (MEP10-069) Application Requirements.

This audit is valid for 6 (six) months, when EMBRAER must perform a new audit.

The evidences for approval include:

-E-mail from Jim Derner, Patriot's Quality Manager with an Audit: Summary;

-Patriot's Audit Report (two pages);

-Process Audit Results -Score (Embraer's form);

- Evidences of Personnel Qualification for Penetrant Inspection (three Certificates);

- Audit's Check-list (Embraer's form) two pages),
