Opportunities available:

Position: Packaging, Level 1
Shift: Must be available for 1st (7 am to 3:30 pm) and 3rd (11:00 pm to 7:30 am)

Job Summary:
Packages orders per work order instructions for delivery by the Ozark Mountain Technologies delivery truck. Processes all customer product in a safe manner to eliminate damage during the packaging operation, or in transit to the customer.

Essential Duties
1. Read, understand and follow work order instructions.
2. Package parts in accordance with company directives.

Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivilent/previous experience desired.
2. Must be authorized to work in the United States and/or have International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) clearance.
3. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to bend, twist and stretch arms above head and walk/stand/sit for long periods of time.
2. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 pounds safely.
3. Ability to tolerate temperatures of up to 200 degrees for three minutes.

Position: Spray Painter Level 1
Shift: Must be available for all shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Job Summary:
Sprays basic primers in accordance with instructions given by department lead or supervisor under direct supervision.

Essential Duties
1. Operates a spray gun and applies primers in accordance with applicable work order instructions
2. Racks parts for application of organic coatings
3. Shakes, mixes and applies all primers

Qualifications:
1. High School or GED equivalent/previous experience desired
2. Must be authorized to work in the United States and/or have International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) clearance
3. Must be able to read, write, understand and complete work orders and follow work order instructions
4. Exhibit coordination skills
5. Must be available for overtime when required (including weekends)

Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 100 pounds safely.
2. Must be able to tolerate brief periods of heat up to 200 degrees.
3. Must have standard visual acuity (correctable by prescription glasses meets requirement) and ability to distinguish colors.
4. Able to bend, twist, pick up parts, stretch arms above head, stand on concrete, or sit for long periods of time.
