Greg Smotherman Sr.

Greg Smotherman Sr. started in Metal Finishing as a summer job while in High School. Then, in 1975, he began his career full time with a manufacturing company in St. Louis. He advanced to Department Lead in the Processing Department and then to Plant Manager. After 16 years of service, he made the decision to start his own company. He put together an investment group, comprised mainly of family members. Within four months they had Incorporated and were up and running. With the help of his Management Team they have seen five expansions of the company over the last 18 years, with the latest being the largest. The newest expansion added an additional 138,000 square feet of building, 10+ acres and over nine million dollars in processing equipment. We owe the success of our company to the hard work and dedication of our employees.
