Janice Hardin

Janice Hardin grew up in Cuba MO., married and in 1971 moved to Arizona.  In Arizona she worked in Quality at TRW an automotive company that manufactures passenger side airbags.  In 2001 she and her husband moved back to Cuba MO. where she started working at Ozark Mountain Technologies, Inc. as a process racker and then inspection. She then became the Quality Supervisor and was the assistant to the Quality Manager.  After 7 years of working in that capacity she moved into document control.  As the Document Control Administrator her duties include doing internal audits as well as external audits, maintaining and controlling the quality system documents.  When not at work Janice enjoys her family, traveling and margaritas.
