Kelly O’Connor began his IT career in 1981 with the purchase of an Atari 400 and a BASIC programming module. From then on, he was hooked on computers. In 1986 he received an Associates Degree in Electronics with a focus on binary digital circuits and programming at address levels. In 1999, he became the IT Manager for Affinia Brake Parts managing three facilities, one in Missouri and two in California with quarterly trips to manage the two remote sites. In 2006, he moved his office home and began working for EDS programming software packages for remote installation. In December, 2007, Ozark Mountain Technologies contacted him to manage their network. Kelly decided it was time to move his office out of the home and in January, 2008 began his IT career with OMT. He is a Certified Microsoft Professional, Certified Novell Administrator and is certified in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) which is a set of concepts and policies for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure, development and operations. Other than computers, he enjoys flying radio controlled aircraft and has one that exceeds 180 mph.
