Perry Baker entered the
Human Resources career field as an enlisted personnel specialist in
the Air Force in 1977. Holding numerous Human Resource related
positions, Perry attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
through off duty education in 1984. He attended 4 universities
around the world to attain his degree. He eventually applied for
Officer Training School in 1984 and was selected to become an
officer in 1985. He held Human Resource positions such as Squadron
Section Commander (for two different squadrons) and Personnel
Officer positions as well. Retiring from the Air Force in 1988
after 23 years of service, Perry has held positions such as Inside
Sales and Warehouse Manager for a vinyl siding and window company
and worked for the state of Missouri as a Family Support Eligibility
Specialist before coming to Ozark Mountain in March, 2008. Perry is
a “people person” and enjoys working with employees and taking care
of the personnel needs of the company. Away from the job, Perry
enjoys most sports, and has been a sports official for softball,
volleyball, basketball and flag football for over 25 years.
