Terry Sanders

Terry Sanders has worked with Ozark Mountain Technologies since 2002 but has worked in the Aerospace Industry since 1981. He has a wide range of experience which includes having managed a Quality Assurance Department in a machine shop, Implementation of Quality Systems, Production and Processing planning, Calibration Systems and the operation of Coordinate Measurement Machines.  His experience at Ozark Mountain Technologies was Plant Superintendent and later, a promotion to Vice President of Operations.  Present duties include working with upper management new business strategies and customer relations while overseeing the Production Control, Quoting and Estimating, Accounts Receivable, and Organic Coatings Departments.  Terry also works closely with the Quality Assurance Department to meet customer requirements while providing technical assistance to the Production area.  Away from work Terry enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife traveling.
